Who can avail of the domestic grant?
The SEAI Solar PV Grant offers up to €2,100 for the installation of Solar Panels and Battery Storage Systems, available to all homeowners, including private landlords.
To qualify, your home must meet the following criteria:
- Built and occupied before December 31, 2020
- No prior funding for Solar PV under this MPRN
Who can avail of the Commercial grant?
Your business, farm, school, community center, or non-profit organization may be eligible for government grant assistance to help with the installation of solar PV systems.
Typical grant sizes such as
- 30 kWp – €8,600
- 50kWp – €12,600
